Shipping policy

We ship orders through UPS, UCL, and CTS. Free shipping is available for all orders above $200 in the continental US (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). For international shipments, contact us!

Order Processing:
* Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the following business day.
* Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If it differs from your billing address, please provide the correct shipping information.

Delivery:
* We ship to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery to these locations may take an additional 1-2 days.
* Delivery is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee.
* Please note that UPS does not pick up or deliver on certain holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
